App & account questions
Tell us what happened and which app version you’re using. Please don’t include passwords, verification codes, payment details, or your journal entries in an email.
Membership
If you’re already using Vera, you can restore your purchase in the app. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account. For Apple purchase refunds, visit Apple’s refund service.
Your account and memories
You can review, edit, and delete saved memories in the app. Permanent account deletion is available in Profile and on the membership screen. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
